What you'll get on the Wolves-Wenlock

Fantastic routes - hours of planning, riding with local cyclists and car reconnoitring have gone into each route.

Challenging, inspiring climbs - many drawn straight from the 100 Greatest Cycling Climbs book

Friendly, welcoming staff - we aim to run a happy sportive

Professional chip timing - we work with local sports timing company StuWeb - times will be available immediately after you have finished, and a full set of results published within 24hrs

Hot food - at the finish, we believe in helping your recovery straightaway, and its a chance to savour the day with fellow riders

What we expect from riders

Have a good time - memorable, challenging, inspiring, we want riders to experience the pleasure (and pain) of achievement

Make friends, work together - organise, take a turn on the front, or chat and ride easy

Come back for more - we want Wolves-Wenlock to become a regular fixture in riders cycling year

Conditions of Entry

Here's the rules we operate under - conditions

Young riders

Anyone under 18 will need a filled out and signed Parental Consent form.

Under 16 will also need to be accompanied by a responsible adult who will ride with them on the same course.

Under 13 - phone/email to discuss their cycling experience and which route would be suitable.

How to: 1) enter the event, 2) be sure to indicate the entry is for a young rider, 3) on the day bring along a filled out/signed Parental Consent form
